Weights per merchant
- Volume split across providers per merchant
- Volume caps to protect acquirer limits
- Platform-wide failover for every merchant
Choose whose contracts carry the volume
Pick the model that fits your business, or mix them across merchants.
Merchants process through providers you have contracted. You set routing once and apply it to every merchant on the profile.
Larger merchants connect their own acquirers. You provide the orchestration and the dashboard, they keep their pricing.
Merchant contracts take most of the traffic, your pool takes the rest and catches failovers.
Groups with several legal entities route each entity's payments to its own local acquirers, with one report for the whole group.
Run payments for thousands of merchants
Monitor every merchant, every provider and every routing profile from one place, without building back-office tools yourself.
Merchant overview
Search, filter and act on any merchant in one view.
Bulk changes
Update a routing profile once and apply it to every merchant on it.
Per-merchant risk
Platform rules plus merchant-level thresholds.
Learn moreFrequently asked questions
Who is the merchant of record?
Alderone isn't. Depending on the model, it's your platform or your merchant, under the contract with the provider.
Can merchants see Alderone branding?
No. Dashboards, hosted pages and emails use your logo, colors and domain.
Can each merchant have different providers?
Yes. Each merchant gets a routing profile, and can add its own provider connections on top.
